Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of your order to request a return, refund or exchange.

We always do our very best to work with our customers to achieve a positive outcome. Please extend us the same respect by taking action in a timely manner.

For most items that require a return, we will issue you a free return-shipping label. If we have issued you a free return-shipping label, please ensure that you ship the item(s) back to us within 2 weeks of the label being issued to you.

Damaged Goods

We pack our tinctures carefully for transit, but sometimes accidents happen in shipping. We will ask, in most cases, that you provide (via email) a photo of the damaged product so we can understand what has gone wrong. Please make sure to contact us within 30 days of the order having been received so we can ensure you get a replacement or refund in a timely manner! 

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your Druzy Fusion order for any reason, please send your feedback to support@druzyfusion.com. We will work with you to replace the product or refund your purchase.

Incorrect or accidental orders

If an order is incorrectly or inadvertently placed, please contact us as a matter of urgency to resolve the issue. We endeavor to ship our products to you as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and initiate an immediate refund. However, if your order has shipped before you have contacted us, we will require the product is returned at your expense and in its original condition prior to authorizing the refund.  

Exchanges

We accept requests for exchanging one product for another of equal value. The original product must be returned unopened and undamaged. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs.
