Druzy Fusion Performance Pack Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

   • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

   • One entry per person.  Duplicate email addresses will be removed from eligibility.

   • Employees of Druzy Fusion, affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period

   • Entries open on September 6, 2025 and close at 12:00 a.m. on September 7, 2025.

   • Entries submitted after this time will not be valid.

3. How to Enter

   • Submit your email address via the entry form.

   • Verify your email address to confirm your entry.

   • By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from Druzy Fusion. You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Prize

   • One (1) winner will receive a 3-month supply of the Druzy Fusion Performance Pack (approximate retail value: $345).

   • No cash alternative or substitutions will be offered, except at Druzy Fusion’s discretion for a product of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

   • Winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries within 2 days of the contest close.

   • The winner will be contacted via the email provided. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Publicity

   • By entering, you grant Druzy Fusion permission to announce your first name and last initial as the winner in marketing communications and social media.

7. Data Use

   • Your email address will be collected and used in accordance with the Druzy Fusion Privacy Policy.

   • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

8. General Conditions

   • Druzy Fusion reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control.

   • By entering, participants release Druzy Fusion, its affiliates, and partners from any liability related to participation or prize use.

   • This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
